Green Gas is a private company that is backed by a number of value adding shareholders with experience in the energy and climate change mitigation industry. These include:

BXR Green B.V. ("BXRG")

An investment company which is wholly owned by RPG Industries SE. The company owns approximately 75% of the ordinary shares of Green Gas International.

RPG Industries SE ("RPGI"), Bakala Crossroads Group Limited ("BXRG") and RPG Partners Limited ("RPGP")

An investment holding group whose main focus is on industrial investments in Central and Eastern Europe. The group is indirectly owned by Mr. Zdenek Bakala and Crossroads Capital Investments Inc. GGI represents one of the group's key holdings. In addition to its investment in GGI, the group currently has investments in coal and iron ore mining, real estate, transport and logistics, energy, financial services, retail and media.

Consensus Group

Vincent Tchenguiz established the Consensus Business Group (CBG) in 2002. With headquarters in London, it acts as a multi-faceted principal investor in a broad range of synergistic activities. These include structured finance as well as the acquisition, management and development of commercial and residential real estate. Recent investments by CBG focus increasingly on environmentally friendly projects and businesses. These include alternative energy, bio fuels, forestry and carbon dioxide reduction.

Demeter Partners

Demeter Partners is an investment capital firm, based in Paris, France, that has been certified by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (stock market authority in France) since July 2005. It is majority owned by its management team. Demeter is mainly oriented toward the provision of development capital, working with companies as they grow in Eco-industries, Eco-energy and the environmental protection sectors.
